I ordered a funeral arrangement online from Florist One on 12/31/09.Since this was New Years Eve Day I was concerned that the arrangement wouldn’t be delivered that day,so I called Florist One at 1-877-265-1734 to make sure they would arrive that day.The person that I spoke to assured me that there would be no problem getting the flowers delivered that day.She also promised that I would be called if there was a problem.It turns out that the flowers were not delivered at all and I wasn’t informed until the following Saturday.They emailed me and said that since it was a holiday that they couldn’t find a florist that was open.They obviously didn’t try very hard as I called several local florists before I decided to use Florist One.Then to make matters even worse when I told them I wanted a refund I was told that it might take a week to process the refund.This company is without a doubt the most unprofessional Florist that I have ever dealt with.Stay away from them they will rip you off and/or embarrass you.I give them a FFFFFFFFFFF-

I am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with this seller. I will consider removing them completely from the website within the next couple of days.
